Puff
I was always a huge fan of Dungeons and Dragons. I played for years, always eager to fight the huge dragon and gain all the riches. Dragons have always held a special place in my heart. Scales, fire, horns…. what’s not to like? As I get older, the contrast of the western and eastern versions of dragons has grabbed my imagination. I’ve included the I Ching “Metal Dragon” as part of this piece, as well as blurred the lines of fire breath and a beard. I’ve even incorporated a dragonball from DragonBall Z as the eye for this big guy. If you even look closely, you will notice that pattern in the background is similar to the carpet pattern of the hotel that hosts DragonCon in Atlanta, every year.
